Day 3: Your favorite television program

Ok, so I may have mentioned this a few times or so (at least 4 *cough*) in my 30 days of TV meme, but I LOVE Gilmore Girls. It will always be my first TV love, although now for top spot, it is three shows competeing for the top, haha. All of which have ended already (GG, Firefly, Wonderfalls), so really it is hard to tell. Either way, I love Gilmore Girls, and Stars Hollow. I love the relationship between Lorelai and Rory, and even Lorelai and Emily. I love Jess, I love season 1 Dean, I love Logan though not with Rory. (I think he is an ass but I can’t help but love him hahaha). I LOVE all of the town characters, Kirk and Miss Patty and Taylor and Babette…they are all awesome. And I LOVE my first TV ship EVER, Lorelai/Luke. Seriously. So much love for this show. And to extend my rant further, I shall talk about the first time I ever heard about Gilmore Girls…

Do you remember way back when Gilmore Girls premiered on ABC Family? They were showing season 5 already on the WB (before it turned into the CW, bleh) and I remember there was a commercial for Smallville and Gilmore Girls, both which were coming on ABC family in the next week to show the first few seasons. For some reason…some odd reason…my mind saw Lana as a cheerleader, and then Lorelai and Rory, and I thought Gilmore Girls was a story about cheerleaders. *facepalm* I was like, 13 or 14, so don’t judge me!!! But yeah, I thought this hahaha. I ended up watching some random episode in season 1, and I fell in love with the show, not even a few months later.
